A ninety-minute visit to assess levels, light patterns, soil texture, and existing planting. You receive written notes on drainage, surface choices, and planting direction.
We develop a layout plan showing planting beds, gravel areas, hedge positions, and rain-aware level changes. Presented with a planting palette suited to Cork's climate.
Two revision rounds included in full packages. We adjust bed sizes, gravel zones, hedge species, and seating placement based on your feedback.
PDF layout plan, planting schedule, gravel and surface specifications, and contractor brief notes. Optional implementation coordination at €110/h.
